I'm focused on understanding the user, and trying to align its needs with core business objectives. My main goal is to design both compelling and intuitive solutions for users. I do lots of research and analyse user behaviour using different usability methods. That allows me to have different perspectives for the problems that I face and makes me capable of delivering the best solution, one that is effective, efficient and satisfactory for the user journey.
