Ritesh Behl

Since joining Acrisure Re (formerly Beach & Associates) back in 2011, I have been fortunate to work in many areas and projects within the organization. Over the years I have supported the global COO and CFO and have been instrumental in, coordinating three acquisitions from the operational side, developing MI to further strategy analysis for executive management, owning and administering the corporate budget, and quarterbacking various internal projects. This has all led me to my current role as Chief Operating Officer for the North America region at Acrisure Re. Being part of the Acrisure family, I am grateful to be part of such an innovative and fast-growing organization. I am both impressed and thrilled every day with how quickly we have become one of the leading fin-tech organizations within the industry. At Acrisure Re (the reinsurance division of Acrisure Group) we have aligned ourselves to support the business regionally. I oversee all aspects of the North American operations to ensure everything is running smoothly and to ensure the continued success of our organization.
