I use data to tell impactful stories in order to bring positive change and innovative solutions to libraries and the higher education sector. I use technological skills to manage online services and software, streamline workflows, conduct research, and manage digital assets. I provide guidance on copyright and the legalities of managing data and personal information in the online world. I connect users to online information by administering locally hosted and SaaS software, and by managing authentication systems. I promote and teach information literacy skills to ensure students think critically about the information they encounter. I promote the use of open education resources to protect the rights of authors and to ensure students have equitable access to education resources.
