I have experience as a Senior Internal Client Support Consultant in the sales department for traditional editorial media monitoring (print, broadcast and online media). I am also an experienced travel sales specialist with deep experience in dealing with clients on a day to basis in selling leisure travel packages. I also have previously obtained experience as a manager which role entailed the training of new starters in a company in the effective completion of a sale, understanding the sales process as well as ensuring that new starters meet the required standards and targets. Key to success in the workplace is the ability to: utilise skills and experience to adapt to new working environments and complex internal systems and company-specific products, have patience in dealing with a wide variety of people in the effective completion of the sale of different products, profile clients accurately in order to ensure that products sold met the client’s needs, engage with different personalities and adapt accordingly, adapt training exercises to suit the needs of each individual new starter when in a training role, generate new business by following up on leads (including cold calling), and show constant dedication and strong work ethic to learn and excel in all tasks.
