Strong community and social services professional graduated from Forsyth Technical Community College. The ability to analyze data to provide recommendations is a key function of a project manager, scheduler, purchasing manager, regardless of the customer. One should always strive for the best outcome for both the customer and the company. It is often these trends that are reviewed to determine if the correct decisions have been made. They also determine the direction in which to move forward. Each interaction affords me the opportunity to solidify relationships and leave the experience on a positive note. Each function requires a different tact with regards to language and the lexicon in which they are familiar speaking. I have spent my entire career developing the skills necessary to talk technically as well as being able to convey the same message in terms that those outside of the business would understand. In this current market I understand that customers are the life blood and will, in an ethical and professional manner, address any issues that arise. Issues are opportunities to improve the customer experience. Once they are address it should be a chance to improve on company processes and policies.
