I am a registered professional engineer with over 41 years of diverse and multiple experience in administration, management, and design of all types of engineering projects, business and community activities, including managing and directing civil engineering activities in the design of highways, bridges, airports, traffic studies, scour studies, hydraulics, water resources, miscellaneous structures, and construction management. Administration responsibilities included all aspects of business, marketing, proposal preparation for RFP and price proposals, daily correspondence, communication, and project reports.
