Over 20 years experience in the private and public sector, specialising in advising on contract and risk management for major infrastructure and industrial projects: - Managing Partner and owner of Cataly Partners B.V. Since 2004. - Member of the supervisory board of Palladio from 2018 until 2020. - Consultant and Director at RPS from 1994 until 2003. Experience in the ports and infrastructure with tunnels, roads, terminals, quays and structural works. Advisor on the implementation of projectmanagement and contract management for terminals, public transport, energy and chemical sector. Involved in the acquisition of various companies in the process industry, particularly with regard to the assessment of the environmental liability and risk. Member of the management team and Director at RPS Group during 5 years. Graduated in Chemical Engineering at the University of Twente, followed by commercial, marketing and business valuation trainings.
