I am a strong analytic problem solver with a technical background. I am a very fast learner and easily make new environments and technologies my own. I excel in swiftly providing solutions to technical challenges. With a strong focus on the customer I prefer to work on my own but also enjoy working within a team towards an optimal solution. My critical and quality-oriented way of working contribute to satisfying and sustainable customer solutions. I find variety in my work important and am therefore a profound multitasker. I can easily keep several balls in the air without losing focus or quality. I am stress-resistant and find no problems in working towards multiple deadlines. As a manager I try to motivate, challenge and inspire. I like to share my knowledge, thoughts and visions.
