Rob Parkins

I am a hard working building surveyor with a proven track record of successfully completing projects ahead of the set programme, whilst achieving clear profit margins. I am currently a Lifecycle and Variation surveyor for a medium sized facilites company. I work Nationally as required, covering numerous site in the North, Midlands and South. I regularly produce 5 year lifecycle plans to assist in the planning of budgets for our clients. As required I will produce and update room data sheets and carry out any necessary updates to drawings using AutoCAD. My role means that much of time I am working on surveys solely. As a predominately lone worker I am fully aware of deadlines, risks and how to reduce such risk. Some surveys and projects have required working within a team to complete the task ahead. Such projects have also been completed on time and within budget. I am motivated by delivering quality, whilst building relationships. I am seeking a challenging building surveying role with a leading employer.
