Robert "Wes" Posey

After over two decades filling many roles in the retail, primarily management, I was unable to continue my career due to a series of surgeries to repair a spinal injury as a result of a car accident. During my recovery I tried to optimize this time best by going back to school for Information Systems Technology. My experience as an operational manager in retail provided me with variety of tools including business management, sales planning, logistical analysis and scheduling, human resources, and customer service. As a recent graduate in I.T., I am up to date on many of the latest tools in use within the information technology fields. The experiences I have faced in my professional life, as well as the challenges I faced in overcoming a serious injury, have honed me into a versatile worker with a wide ranging skill set and ton of determination.
