Robert Bowles is the Operations Support Manager for SERVPRO Industries LLC who works with Franchise owners, managers, and technicians in the field to grow their industry expertise and encourage appropriate application of industry standards. He assists with the development of business processes that result in consistent quality service to customers and clients throughout the cleaning and restoration industry. With nineteen years’ experience in the industry within one of the largest restoration companies in the world, Robert knows that knowledge is only the first step to success; application of knowledge and mastering the fundamentals is what truly drives success. Robert has trained, consulted, and/or worked with over 10,000 restoration professionals and clients over the years, allowing him to see the “big picture” within the property damage restoration industry. His passion for operational excellence and helping people, make Robert a highly sought-after individual and a top influencer within SERVPRO at the international, national, and local levels. Robert holds the highest industry designations as a Master Water Restorer and Master Fire Restorer with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC). He is also an approved and respected IICRC instructor.
