Robert Braun

I have spent my entire career in the food industry, specifically in production, sanitation and food quality. I am passionate about the food industry and the processes within it. My goal is to use the knowledge and experiences I possess to lead and direct others in the food industry as well. My successes have come from putting plans together for efficiencies, cost savings, safety and optimization and seeing them through until completion. I have an ability to focus on the importance of day-to-day operations while always striving for continuous improvement. I have held a Wisconsin Cheesemakers license since 2007. I have been a high school basketball coach since 2002, something I take great enjoyment in. I love to take my passion for the game and use it to positively impact the lives of our players. I am heavily involved in our youth program and our summer clinic series. I enjoy seeing the progress of our players from the youth program to varsity players. I also take pride in our program providing a great experience for all players, even those who do not become varsity players. I have been employed at Xavier High School for 17 seasons, twelve of which I have been the Assistant Varsity coach. My passion for coaching began early as I received my coaching certification from the University of Wisconsin- Green Bay. In the plant I have a unique ability to connect with teammates from all levels of the organization. I am just as comfortable preparing and presenting a plan at the management level as I am helping implement it on the floor.
