I am an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey. My practice deals with all aspects of local and international commercial litigation, including trust related disputes, professional negligence related matters, contract and tort based claims in addition to contentious and non-contentious employment matters. I have a keen interest in regulatory matters, particularly investigations brought by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. I have previously practiced in England and Japan.
