I advise clients on all issues related to the jurisdiction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission over the natural gas industry, including matters under the Natural Gas Act, Natural Gas Policy Act, National Environmental Policy Act, and other related statutes. Currently I am working with natural gas pipeline companies to build several new projects, and advising clients on jurisdictional issues involving pipeline gathering systems and regulations for building and expanding natural gas storage facilities. My 27 years of service at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission have provided me with the expertise to support all components of natural gas pipeline construction projects, including applying for Federal Energy Regulatory Commission certificates, presenting projects and exhibits to the Commission’s staff in pre-filing mode, and advising on the application of new procedures and regulations to pipelines and gas storage facilities under the Energy Policy Act of 2005, the Natural Gas Act, and the Natural Gas Policy Act.
