For nearly 45 years, I have practiced law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with a concentration in residential and commercial real-estate law. I represent buyers, sellers, developers and investors in the acquisition, sale, permitting and development of residential, commercial and investment real estate. As an approved closing attorney for most national mortgage lenders, local banks, thrifts and credit unions, I have conducted thousands of real-estate transactions throughout Massachusetts, primarily in the Metro-West Boston, Worcester and Cape Cod areas. In addition, I co-manage the firm’s litigation practice, with a focus on probate and divorce litigation, as well as civil litigation involving construction, business and domestic disputes. I provide legal services that allow my clients to achieve maximum success swiftly and efficiently. My goal is to understand the nature of each client’s particular set of circumstances, and implement a sound, efficient resolution specific to each client.
