Robert Durham

Robert has nearly 40 years of experience in the areas of customer service, marketing, business development, computer hardware and software sales, service and management. As Regional Operations Manager for Data Flow Systems' Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) hardware and software in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas and New Mexico, Robert is responsible for key account management as well as developing strong relationships with installation and service professionals for the ongoing sales, install, and service of the existing and future Data Flow Systems' customer base. Robert provides operational training and performs Project Management across the Southwest Region. As Account Manager and Consultant for Inline Network Integration, LLC, Robert utilized his business and computer networking experience and leveraged INI's vendor partner resources to help INI's existing and future customers get the best utilization of current technology, while making appropriate investments to assure network reliability and efficiency in the future. As Director of Business Development for BLOC Design Build LLC, he was responsible for sales and marketing of the Instrumentation and Controls Division's Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) products and services as well as introducing a new Automatic Meter Reading product line. Robert's experience includes sales, marketing, installation, troubleshooting, end-user support of all of Data Flow Systems products and services. During his career, Robert has developed a broad understanding of a wide variety of both wired and wireless technologies. He is keenly focused on customer service and understands what it takes to operate an essential service in a 24/7/365 environment. Robert has served numerous civic and charitable organizations as a member, officer or director. He and his wife, Judy, currently reside in Lindale, TX. They have two daughters.
