Robert E. Clark, PE

As Co-CEO, Robert (Bob) Clark has active executive responsibility for all operational phases of project delivery, including engineering, production, and field operations, as well as all corporate administrative matters. He relies on his 30-plus years of experience gained in many roles within the company to lead the organization in its unwavering pursuit of excellence in meeting its clients’ needs. In his role, Bob offers unified vision and leadership for Clark Pacific’s seasoned engineering, production and field teams. He has championed the introduction of sustainable and LEAN principles across Clark Pacific’s engineering, manufacturing, and field processes, bringing a high degree of efficiency to everything the company does. Bob’s strong personal commitment to Clark Pacific’s clients and to getting the job done right has helped make Clark Pacific a strong and reliable business partner for owners, architects, and builders alike. Bob has helped further the use of precast in California and around the country through his personal involvement and leadership roles within the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) and PCI West (former Precast Concrete Manufacturers Association of California (PCMAC).
