Army veteran with extensive knowledge helping organizations get connected to the veteran community. I served 20 plus years in the United States Army. After spending 11 years in a rapid deployment unit at Fort Campbell I volunteered for Recruiting Command USAREC. This career opportunity developed my foundation in recruiting enlisted, special mission, equal opportunity advisor and finally battalion operations officer. I have over 10 years of experience in business development and higher education platforms. Strengths include development and implementation of specialty marketing and admissions strategies, start-up of specialty operations, and the creation of long term value through the building of strong relationships with corporate education, key military, government, and officials for higher education institutions. Through relationships, institutions regularly seek/secure strategic partnerships and new business opportunities that rapidly grow and expand specialty market segments. My current position with RecruitMilitary has given me the opportunity to work with companies and organizations in the Mideast region with improving or creating a true veteran initiative. RecruitMilitary has a variety of hiring solutions that organizations can use to meet all their recruiting and marketing needs targeting veterans.
