I have been involved with digital transformation with an emphasis on developing strategies, approaches and functional roadmaps. Negotiations and strategic partnerships constantly working on ROI to build, buy or partner decisions. I have been working with software technology for the past 15 plus years. My experience with Business Applications (specifically CRM and ERP technologies) spans across a large number of industries such as consumer marketing, software publishing, manufacturing, telecom, sales & distribution, entertainment and financial services. My roles have ranged from pre-sales to service delivery where I have worked with clients to help align their vision (or help develop one) to the underlying capabilities of the platform. Also I have led teams internally and on projects to help the client exceed expectations. These efforts usually require a complete understanding of often complex business requirements and to translate those elements into a platform that automates business processes in an effort to lower costs and/or increase the business efficiencies that any successful business automation project would be expected to provide. I am frequently called upon to provide scope and costing analysis for projects and how organizations can take their systems to the next level.
