Both OOO «Суверен груп» and Sovereign Group, LLC are American owned corporations. They operate independently for tax advantage while operating in tandem to support the acquisition of oil product contracts. We have the legal right to acquire products directly from foreign refineries or the well-head. OOO «Суверен груп» and Sovereign Group, LLC focus on medium term (twelve month) delivery contracts directly with high credit consumers, acquisition of production capacity from refineries, and in time growing investment in related midstream assets.The Sovereign Group, LLC (USA) was first formally established in 1986 and re-incorporated in October, 2005. Meanwhile, its sister company OOO «Суверен груп» (“Sovereign group” in Cyrillic, the Russian alphabet) was established in 2002. The first focus of the new sister company was to establish itself with the ability to understand and control the oil contract business, with a sub-specialty in tracing illegal funds involved in “turnover cash,” or advanced payments. To that end, in 2003 we were able to provide intelligence to both the governments of the United States and the Russian Federation regarding money-laundering of funds through a diplomatic account held by Riggs Bank in the United States. With this intelligence in the hands of the US authorities, Riggs Bank, one of the oldest banks in the country and still featured on the back of the US $10 bill, was forced to cease operations, pending civil and criminal action. We currently reinvest in property and production facilities in the Russian Federation, including one of the largest employers in our home region.We maintain the strictest of accounting standards, and our contracts do not exceed 1% cost for administration.Past accomplishments: Authored the first electronic medical record, designed global IP phone solutions, contributed to SNAPII, and contributed to a sustainable development of orphans (international) through education and training.Specialties: Analysis, restructuring, automation, cryptographically enhanced solutions, analysis and origination of oil product contracts (from Russia). In order to support mobile imaging for documentation, we are currently designing new data compression / streaming technique that models a photonic "Heisenberg compensation" algorithm to create the imaging for a viewer within a secure, minimal data stream.
