Certified holistic lifestyle and exercise kinesiology coach. Robert is driven and passionate to empower and transform his clients awareness and lifestyle choices. Integrating his experience and customizing routines will help enlighten his clients wellness for optimal balance. Robert has spent the past decade as an elite high fashion male model, four year collegiate baseball player and tri-athlete. He consistently works to train his body and mind to reach physical, mental, emotional and spiritual harmony. Some of Robert's accolades include; Nautical South Beach Triathlon, top 150 male competitor; Smith Point Triathlon, top 100 male competitor; St. Joseph Hospital 5k Run, 9th place overall; The Great Cow Harbor Road Race, consistently among the top 100 male competitors.
