Robert Rodger

Robert is a Principal Engineer based in Tetra Tech's Leeds office Development Planning team. Robert has over 15 years experience in Development/ Transport Planning working on a wide variety of projects throughout the UK and Ireland for both private developers and local and central Government. Robert is currently responsible for producing and managing the delivery of Transport Assessments and Travel Plans for a variety of developments across a range of sectors including residential, retail, industrial, warehousing, health and education. Robert has experience of undertaking a variety of transport studies including masterplanning, access and parking studies. Robert’s current role includes responsibility for acting as a key client contact on a number of projects and providing advice to clients on a range of issues affecting development including proposed highway mitigation measures, planning conditions and S106 contributions as well as undertaking negotiations with statutory consultees on behalf of the client.
