Robert Siegel

A majority of my professional career has centered around the use of in vitro display systems (phage and yeast) for both de novo isolation and directed evolution of antigen-specific antibodies. My postdoctoral training was with Dr. Andrew Bradbury at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. I remained within the DOE national laboratory system developing a yeast program at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory with my colleagues Drs. Michael Feldhaus and Dane Wittrup (MIT). I continued my work in yeast display in an industrial setting with Abbott Laboratories. I now manage a recombinant antibody program in my current position with Eli Lilly. Specialties: Antibody engineering using multiple in vitro display systems, reagent and product development, and project management.
