*Leadership- My background in passenger service as a prior ticket agent and acting night MOD enabled me to develop strong social perceptiveness skills. This strengthened my ability of being aware of the customer's reactions and increased my understanding as to why the customer is reacting the way they are. Thereby, I can identify complex problems and review related information in order to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. *Teamwork- An essential component to providing great customer service requires teamwork from every department to create maximum efficiency within an airline. Fifteen years in the industry, has provided a crucial foundation for harnessing teamwork with fellow crew members and agents in order to provide both support as well as leadership in times of duress. *Communication- Persuasive communicator with well developed presentation and negotiation skills. Able to develop productive relationships with colleagues and customers at all levels. *Defense- Extensive U.S Armed Forces training in the Military Police Unit has enhanced my hand to hand combat to such an extent that my ability to help prevent a cockpit breach is assured.
