Since acquiring A&O IT in November 2011 Rod has expanded the UK based company by 300% in revenue whilst opening subsidiaries in 9 other territories internationally. The Group became a closed Plc in 2020 .It provides outsourced managed service solutions globally for corporate end users from break fix and maintenance to high level professional services in Managed Print ,Mobile Computing and Cyber Security. Customers include HCL, Infosys, WIPRO , Cognizant , Infocare, Sopra Steria ,Fujitsu ,HP and NTT in its indirect channel and many other large international brands in its direct Cyber Security market. The company continues to grow at 30% per annum and through a combined approach of organic and acquisition growth the management goal remains to expand the business to revenues in excess of £100m. .
