I'm a true believer of the impact we can have in someone's life by simply caring about their future, either if it's within our team or not. People should feel as excited on the first day they join our team, as on the last one. I like to promote the power of tribes, providing a sense of security to every single member, but allowing them to be part of any decision that might affect the tribe. I love the process, changes don't happen overnight, but with consistency and discipline, everything is possible. I was supposed to become an engineer but fell in love with the concept of leadership and how having an awesome leader can change your environment. I was fortunate enough to have some $h1ty bosses in the past (Thank you in case you are reading this) so I focus a large part of my day helping other leaders become better, and making myself better in the process. A true pour over coffee addict (no sugar of course) but occasionally I'll have a dirty vanilla chai tea with almond milk, so fancy, I know.
