I started in sales at age 12 with my own paper route in a small town in southern West Virginia. Little did I know that selling would be my ultimate career. I started in the financial services industry in 2001, and loved the feeling of educating borrowers on the loan process and the feeling of sitting at the closing table with huge grins on their faces, whether buying their first home, or their dream home, or saving them hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars a month with a refinance. There is no better feeling when a client has that look of excitement, and knowing you helped them accomplish that task. Here is what you will get when you work with me: Honesty: I don't sugar-coat or hide things, and I present solutions when a problem arises. Communication: I will communicate with you on a consistent basis, and how you want to be communicated with. Integrity: I am here to assist you with your dream of home ownership first and foremost! Easy-to-Understand: Mortgage lending is a cumbersome process these days, but things are explained clearly up front, expectations are set, and follow-through is paramount to a successful closing!
