Additional Functional Contribution: * Audit Activities: Being a Audit coordinator of the team, I am responsible for the audit activities and the defect prevention activities for risk mitigation. * Quality Planning and Practice: Helped the team to achieve the “Zero Defect Release” compliance so as to adhere to the quality aspect of the deliverables. This includes test plan and reviews, project metrics, estimations, project management and scheduling. * Configuration Manager: I used to keep track of all the project documents, Current versions of the program for different regions like SIT, Test, Production.
