• 6.9 Years of software development as well as Business analysis work experience in Telecom Rating using SQL, Shell Scripting under UNIX and Linux environment. • Adopt at all phases of project life-cycle, including requirements gathering, Documentation, Development, User analysis, Testing, Support activities. • Validate objectives, elicit requirements, organize and prioritize requirements, validating functional specifications for successful implementation in SCRUM methodology • Translate client’s requirements into user story, meet up with product owner, coordinate with other development teams, testing team to define design specifics and technical details • Experience in co-coordinating with business and IT across all phases of software development life cycle. • Have experience of leading a team (having 4 team members) • Good exposure to Defect life cycle, tracking and root cause analysis. • Ability to work independently as well as cohesively with a team, towards the overall achievement of project goals. • Well acquainted with Software Development life cycle (SDLC) and Software Test Life cycle (STLC). • Have Experience of working at the onsite. • Have Expertise in directly handling Client Defects. • Creative enough to handle complex tasks and a very quick learner
