Reliable and executive. Highly motivated to learn and improve on daily basis. Capable to work under pressure and solve complex technical and organizing problems. Effective team player focused on achieving results. I gained wide practical experience in drilling: as for coring, complicated trajectory planning, whipstocks, slim hole drilling and other features. However, I never stop and continue developing my engineering skills. My favorite topics are Casing Design and Drilling of ERD wells, but the other disciplines do not fall behind. If any blind spot appears, I am always willing to fix it. In my job, while planning any Drilling, Completion or Workover operations on the certain well, I am striving to involve all available sources to define potential problems on the early stage. I believe that proper Risk Management is the key to operate in safe and cost effective manner.
