Ron Farina

Ron Farina, CPC is Vice President / Partner of Management Search of Hartford, located in East Hartford Connecticut. Ron joined Management Search of Hartford in 1985. He is the most tenured member of all Management Search Operating Divisions and the Senior Practice Manager. Ron has over twenty four years of search experience at the line, staff and executive level. That experience encompasses search across a wide variety of business and industries including municipal and public utility. Ron's current focus is working directly with Senior Executives building high performance teams through the addition of key direct reports. Recent completed searches include Vice President of Vendor Services within the waste and recycling industry, VP of Global Sales and Marketing within the animal health industry and President and General manager of Sales and Marketing within the power transmission industry. In addition to conducting search Ron also conducts seminars on key issues related to talent acquisition, performance improvement, and position profile development. Ron is a Certified Personnel Consultant since 1987. Specialties: Defining performance criteria through situational analysis and position specific references to ensure performance improvements of new hires.
