Highlights and Achivements: I was the only person that was authorised from management during the lockdown to continue on with upgrading Windows 7 devices to Windows 10 for a critical site to function and assisted frontline users with the ability to work from home with their personal/work computers successfully. Technical lead for the Regional and Metro WA Windows 10 upgrade leading a small team with the assistance of a Technical Specialist which successfully upgraded more than an estimate of more than 6000 devices from Windows 7 to Windows 10 whilst also replacing old devices that were no longer under warranty and received an appriciation award from the CIO.
