If you're worried about your young person's well-being and ability to function on their own, in the family, in their peer group at school, I can help you. If you feel anxious that your teen isn't listening to you or they don't feel heard and complain about it, I can help you to communicate more easily and openly together. I am a certified Embodied Facilitator EFC http://www.embodiedfacilitator.com/ , having trained with my teachers Mark Walsh, Francis Briers, Paul Linden and Wendy Palmer, Adam Barley, Caroline Braham, Adrian Harris. This work develops awareness of the body by dedicated practice and brings practical tools and choices, to help us respond with more ease, when we are faced with challenges or stressful circumstances. I am trained as a Co-active Coach with the Coaches Training Institute CTI). I bring to this practice my experience in Non-violent communication, a language that points to our feelings as indicators of our needs, which drive our actions. Understanding our needs, nurtures our empathic connection with ourselves and others and enables us to resolve discomforts and conflicts with acceptance and compassion - makes it easier to get along. Coaching helps you reconnect, when you're stuck and feel you've lost track of your dreams and heartfelt wishes. I am introducing workshops on Embodiment and Non-violence to schools, to help students and teachers with stressful experiences, such as exam preparation and work overload.
