I am very passionate about the training and development arena, as well as the field of "event planning." I have extensive experience in both fields and have worked in the private and public sector. I have excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of people from different ethnic and educational backgrounds. I have designed a wide variety of curricula to suite the needs of the company and make it functional for all learning styles. In addition to my years of experience in training and development, I have planned an enormous amount of diversified events. I have planned and executed successful fundraisers, horse shows, international trade shows, employee recognition galas and seminars of various types and sizes. I am very comfortable with public speaking to large audiences or in one on one settings. My management skills are top notch. I have successfuly managed up to 100 people at a time. I am quick to learn a new task. I am very resourceful and tech savy. I am a self starter that can work in a fast paced enviornment. I have a high level of integrity and produce top quality work.
