KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES * Identifying and implementing HRIS automation solutions. * Managing ongoing processes, implementing new projects, and proposing areas for improvement. * Leveraging system functionality through routine troubleshooting and testing, issue tracking, and ongoing configuration. * Overseeing and supporting staff responsible for entering, processing, and verifying data. Identifying communicating, and addressing system and user issues and problems as they arise. * Developing training plans for existing and new systems. Providing coordination and oversight in the executive of training plans. Monitoring success of implementation, making improvements as necessary. * Managing maintenance and accuracy of employee data, for reporting and distribution. * Planning, directing, and coordinating HRIS activities of an organization to maximize the use of human resources and maintain functions. * Directing the design selection and implementation or modification of HRIS and other HR computer solutions.
