I am a highly motivated, reliable, friendly, hardworking and caring individual with cheerful personality. My BSc degree in Health Studies coupled with retail and care work experience have enabled me to develop and demonstrate skills. I am organised with strong interpersonal skills. I am equally capable of working independently or as part of a team to time schedule and in pressurised environments whilst maintaining clear professional standards. I am passionate about empowerment and promoting independence. Following theHuman Rights Act 1998, the Equality Act 2010 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 I am able to demonstrate the duties of empowerment and independence by making sure that the people I support have the choice to make their own decisions and have control on how they would like to live their life's to the best of my ability.
