Started my official ecommerce journey with Lazada in 2015 with the commercial team, helping SMEs and long-tail merchants to grow their business. Rejoined Lazada in July 2021 and currently spearhead Affiliate Marketing program with a local and global partners. In the year 2020 I was with one of the biggest affiliate Network in South East Asia named Involve Asia. Handling marketplace and financial tech products as my main portfolio. Lazada, Zalora, Malaysia Airlines, Berjaya Sompo, CompareHero are some of the big names which I manage during my tenure. Passion in helping SMEs to be successful in ecommerce world, in 2017 I joined AVANA as the Head of Partnership. Responsible to ensure the growth of the business through strategic partnership. Strategic planning and crafting partnership program with 3rd party service providers, business coaches, Education institutions and Affiliate partners were my main focus. As I graduated from Monash University Malaysia in a Bachelor of Science (Biotechnology), Monash University's slogan "Ancora Imparo" (I'm still learning) is close to my heart ever since and drive me to achieve what I have now and continuously live with it.
