I also have experience in Project Management and possess robustness acquired through many years working within Customer Retentions, enabling me to stay calm in stressful situations, put customers at ease and thus identify the perceived issue and avoid conflict, yet possess the diplomacy necessary to liaise with other teams, develop empathy and energise others who may be more reserved or in a stressful situation. In addition I have devised and delivered training courses designed to inspire and empower. I am a solution orientated thinker and strive not only to do things right, but also to do the right things.
