I am a Leadership Consultant, Experienced Trainer/Facilitator and former Fortune 500 Sr. Sales Leader. My proudest accomplishments include: ⭐️ Built a business and diverse client base, resulting in helping 300+ clients gain clarity, develop plans and achieve goals through in person, virtual 1:1 and group coaching and training ⭐️ Design curriculum and deliver leadership and career management for high-profile diversity-driven clients including the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement, Target & Hoy Magazine ⭐️ Contributing Author to the books, "Today's Inspired Latina Vol I" and "Hispanic Stars Rising Vol II" I spent 15+ years as a successful Sales Leader in the B2B industry before I transitioned into entrepreneurship. After experiencing the power of coaching, I knew this was the work I wanted to do to help guide others in reaching their full potential. I am passionate about developing people into leaders, regardless of their title or role. Designing curriculum and developing curated content allows me to tap into my creativity while also contributing to organizational and individual goals. I thrive in learning environments whether it’s as the student but especially in teaching or facilitating type roles. I am proud to be an award-winning coach supporting underrepresented populations. Hypnotherapy is one of my “magic” tools I use to support my clients in breaking free from limiting beliefs and disempowering narratives. I am known for providing valuable and effective feedback, building authentic community and creating safe spaces for courageous conversations. I am currently writing a book on Latina Leadership book that will be published later this year. This is the book I wish I had as a First Gen Latina that not only addresses career development but also emphasizes the inner work that it takes to be successful and happy.
