I have a proven track record of over 25 years in leading site operations at all levels and developing and implementing supply strategies on a global scale. My professional goal is to provide outstanding contribution to a business through focus on continuous improvement, strong leadership and supply strategies to deliver medicines to patients in the most efficient, low cost manner. I am passionate about developing high performing teams, mentoring of talent and the balance of career and Health & Wellbeing. I am a licensed Mindfulness Facilitator and internal coach & trainer at GSK. I actively provide 1:1 mentoring/coaching and facilitation of Mindfulness sessions for cooperate teams across the region.
