Key Responsibilities * Strong design and creativity with excellent attention to detail and presentation skills. * Preparation of designs to meet the clients program, quality guidelines and project Constraints staying true design intent. * Proficient in developing and producing design packages from concept through to construction detailing and specification. * Provide FF&E research, selections, budgeting, BOQ’s and design presentations including material board and finishes schedule. * Coordination with vendors and manufacturers. * Manage overall budget, schedules, FF&E shop drawings & general submittals and coordination on interior projects. * Including managing the project team, consultants, suppliers at all stages from concept design through to post-site operations. * Ability to strictly manage project budgets and to work to tight deadlines.Proficient in AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office.
