Biology Ph.D. With extensive experience in autoimmunity, chronic inflammation and aging, and tumor immunity.  Extensive hands-on experience in immunoassays and various human disease animal models, including autoimmune disease, chronic inflammation and tumor models.  Great and strong skills in molecular and cellular biology including cell signaling pathways analyses, genome editing (CRISPR/TALEN), high-throughput screen assays and target validation, gene cloning and vector construction, mammalian tissue and cell culture and cell based assays.  Experienced in microarray and next-generation sequencing data analyses (RNA-seq, DNA-seq and Chip-Seq).  Strong collaborative and organization skills, great communication and presentation skills, strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and self-motivated.  Flexible, adaptive to a dynamic, team-oriented environment  Strong track record in publishing including papers in Immunity, Cell Reports, Journal of Immunology, Cancer Research, Cell Cycle, Plos One, Cancer Cell and Nature Cell biology.
