My name is Rushana Toffar-Zimri , I am a 35 old professional Team leader currently residing in Cape town , South Africa. Over the past 15 years I have gained extensive experience in the customer service ,sales and digital platform ,working in various roles and departments that have honed my skills and expertise. Throughout my career ,I have held positions such as skills coach , Customer service Team leader , Digital sales Team leader and Telemarketing Sales Team leader ( Current ). My people skills give me great confidence in knowing that I would make a positive contribution to any new team, at the same time I have spent a lot of time focusing on exceeding revenue targets set out by the business and producing Good quality scores. I will be able to share my knowledge and tips on how to handle and remain good KPI,s and good customer service. In terms of qualifications ,I hold a Higher Certificate in Matric and Sales and Marketing Management ,I have obtained certificates in coaching and mentoring ,Top Team leader with Lowest Goods returned , Top Team leader for Highest QA score and Top Team leader for Lowest Absenteeism ,Attitude and Team work .I have also completed in house training programs focused on enhancing my over all skills .Furthermore ,I am proficient in various software applications ,including Microsoft Word , Excel , PowerPoint and Outlook. I am a self-motivated individual who thrives on taking on challenges. Every piece of newfound knowledge inspires me to use more initiative in every task the size of such task being irrelevant.
