Ruth Chadwick

Working at a busy front desk, in Science Gallery and SSC has helped me to develop excellent time management and organisational skill with exceptional attention to detail e.g. scheduling tours, corporate hire events or patient appointments. At reception, I am often the first point of contact for a visitor, client or patient - it is crucial to make a positive and lasting impression. As well as being personable and outgoing, I have also completed training in call centre management, and best practice for front of house. On a daily basis I come into contact with a diverse group of people, clients, visitors, and contributors. At Science Gallery as in my previous position at SCC, I am adept at identifying the needs of these different groups of people and seeing that they are taken care of in a timely and proficient manner, utilising my excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
