Ruth ESCAT BA(Mod), MSc

I have a degree in Computer Science, Linguistics and French (BA Mod) and a Masters (Msc) in Artificial Intelligence from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. I began my career as the 6th member of a Startup in Dublin, writing software for the banking industry with a focus on credit card payments and disputes. The company grew exponentially and my career developed at a pace as I took on the responsibility of all stages of the development lifecycle as product manager for our key software product. My subsequent roles, as member services executive and client services executive extended my business analysis skills and project management experience and taught me the benefits of effective communication. I currently work as a consultant with Bottomline Technologies where I combine my business and technical skills in all aspects of product documentation (documentation management projects, access improvements, security, standards, validation, creation).
