It's my aim to change talent management from a re-active HR objective to a pro-active growth opportunity bridging L&D and EI&D in an Agile environment. EI&D for me personally is about equality and fairness in the broadest sense of the word. I believe every human being should be given the opportunity to learn, flourish and thrive. It’s is a basic human right no matter your nationality, background, gender or culture. “Learning and equal opportunities for all” is therefore my mission and I see EI&D and L&D actively coming together in talent strategy as an opportunity to make positive culture change happen.
