Ryan Bledsoe

I have 13 years of experience in the coffee industry: cafe operations, roasting operations, servicing coffee equipment, equipment sales, retail product development, and wholesale customer support.In 2010, I started at a Starbucks learning how to create a warm, friendly, and efficient cafe experience. By luck, I moved to the Big Island of Hawai'i for 2 years. There I grew my love for coffee by being exposed to coffee farms and working for a local cafe in Kona. The coffee experience became much more of a craft when introduced to using traditional espresso equipment. I enjoyed learning the art of pulling espresso and steaming perfect micro-foam. Currently, I'm working for Frothy Monkey Roasting Company in Nashville, TN. I manage wholesale equipment sales and service, coffee education, and new retail product development .
