I am currently a senior manager in KPMG's M&A Tax group, and have been working in the field for over six years. In this capacity, I have gained deep experience advising private equity and strategic clients on the tax aspects of a large variety of transactions. Specifically, while practicing in KPMG's M&A Tax group, I have supported clients with general tax consulting, structuring, due diligence, financing planning, review of complex corporate transactions, treaty analyses, providing tax comments to legal agreements, tax opinions, complex tax modeling and projections, transaction cost analyses, cash repatriation strategies, E&P and stock basis analyses, bankruptcy advising, and other client services.
