I am currectly working at Alvotech, Iceland as Downstream Specialist to lead the manufacturing operation for biosimilar Drug Substance. I have specialized knowledge in Single Use Bioprocessing equipment and facilty. Capable to train new personnel, validate and operate SUT equipment, support regulatory audit and create governance documents. Prior to Alvotech, I worked in AMGEN Singapore as Manufacturing Associate. Supports the Downstream operation such as Chromatography (ProA, CEX, AEX, and HIC), Viral Inactivation, Viral Filtration, Tangential Filtration and Bulk Fill of Drug Substance. Experienced in Single Use Technology operation. I started my biotechnology experienced as Manufacturing Biotechnologist III at LONZA Biologics, I was involved in providing process support for manufacturing of small and large scale capacity of Mammalian Cell Culture from 200L to 20,000L Stainless Bioreactors. Hands on in Innoculation, Media Preparation, Fermentation and Primary Recovery. Supports Commissioning and Validation operation of CIP /SIP at Fermentation bioreactors and Media Preparation tank. Spearhead some project for process improvement to eliminate human error and maintain safe workplace within manufacturing suites. Supports Deviation Investigation Team for root cause analysis and implementation of CAPA. Prior my career in Biotechnology, I worked as Senior Equipment Engineer in Panasonic Semiconductor Singapore. I was part of pioneering team to benchmark the Total Productive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance and Equipment Engineering at BGA Department. Support the ramp-up and product transfer from Japan to Singapore.Responsible in start-up and qualification of newly acquired equipments in Molding, Laser marking, Post Mold Cure, Heat Sink Attach and MAP QFN process. I had a chance also to worked as Equipment Engineer for 3years in ChipMOS Technologies at Taiwan, ROC. Oversee Mold Toolings and machine maintenance in manufacturing of IC packages. Before moving to Taiwan, I worked in Amkor Technology Philippines as Maintenance Supervisor to leads Technician’s daily activities for production support at BGA-EOL assembly. My works of interest are Upstream and Downstream Processing in Biotechnology.
