Ryan Weller

As Principal and Retail Studio Director, Ryan leads multiple sectors and efforts for expansion in various market segments throughout the US and abroad. His studio is responsible for mall repositioning, the facilitation of established roll-outs and the development of emerging brands - creating environments that unify retail and community space by implementing client-specific product awareness and identifying new trends in the retail and F&B marketplace. His team provides all facets of brand development and architectural production including branding/re-branding, space planning, concept design, and contract documentation. Ryan offers an extensive background in retail development, repositioning, QSR, and high-street retail. His background also includes hospitals, laboratories, banking, hotels, restaurants, education, and tilt-up construction. He's responsible for all phases of practice management including new business development, team building, programming, and delivery.Ryan is a LEED Green Associate and earned his Bachelors of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign.
